RETURNS AND REFUNDS

- Credit card payments are secure:
- Payments will be processed directly by Cardinity using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
- LiveLines UK does not have access to your full payment card details. These are processed securely by Cardinity. We have access to the last four digits of your card number, which may be used for verification during any correspondence with us.
- Confirmation:
- If your payment is successful, your PIN number and local telephone number to call will be shown to you on the success payment page.
- If you have provided a valid email address, we will email you your transaction details, including your PIN number.
- If your payment is unsuccessful, Cardinity will advise that your payment has failed. LiveLines UK will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your card provider for details.
- PIN Numbers:
- If your payment is successful, our website will generate a unique PIN number that will be required to access our adult chat service. The PIN number will be shown on the screen; please make note of this PIN number. You will also be shown a local rate number to call into the service - where you can enter your PIN number to access the adult chat service.
- If you lose your PIN number, you may contact our customer service team at payments@livelinesuk.com where a member of staff will try to recover your PIN. You may be asked to confirm your name, billing address and/or the last four digits of your card number.
- Your PIN number will expire after 7 days. We can extend your PIN for an additional 30 days. Please email payments@livelinesuk.com to request this.
- We are only able to activate PINs 6 months from the date of purchase. PINs older than 6 months won’t be reactivated.
